When it comes to survival, having the right tool can be the difference between life and death. Unfortunately, we don’t get to plan out most survival situations. This means you can’t always carry around a bag full of gear. But what if you could carry just one tool that features 20 unique functionalities? Guess what, you can!
This 20 in 1 survival tool from Off Grid Tools has everything you need to survive in the wilderness. Okay, not everything. You can’t eat it. Almost everything though.
Designed By Those Who Know
What’s the first thing you think of when you hear Minnesota? Is it the Vikings? The Twins? Okay, now stop thinking about sports teams and think of the state itself. There’s a good chance you’re picturing a pine-tree covered wilderness complete with snow and maybe a few wolves. The state of Minnesota is known for a lot of things, including harsh outdoor environments and often extreme weather. So, the people who live there are experts on how to deal with the great outdoors.
The product you see here is the brainchild of a handful of Minnesota natives working at Off Grid Tools. By putting together their personal experiences and drawing inspiration from some of the best every day carry survival tools, they created this Survival Axe. In one convenient package they have included everything you need to defeat the wilderness.
Yeah, yeah, we get it. You aren’t here to hear stories about the people who made this tool. Still, it is an important part of its background. But, without further ado, here’s what you get with the Survival Axe from Off Grid Tools:
First off, we start strong with an all-steel full tang tool. This means you don’t have to worry about the axe head flying off when you swing it. The ultra-strong yet lightweight nylon handle gives you great grip as well so the whole thing doesn’t get away from you. The blade itself is great for chopping, clearing a path, creating a camp, and more.
On the opposite side, you’ll find a hammer head and claw. These are perfect for driving in stakes and repairing your gear. You can’t downplay the importance of a hammer. Thor had one for goodness sake. You should too.
On the bottom, there is a 6” saw blade that folds out of the handle and locks into place. This is like a Swiss Army knife on steroids. It will saw through just about anything and is far more reliable than the wire saws you find in many survival kits. When the saw isn’t engaged, the bottom of the handle serves as a window breaker and seatbelt cutter for escaping a vehicle.
Elsewhere on the axe you’ll find 8 hex wrench sockets, a gas valve wrench, a bottle opener, and a pry bar.
If you like surviving any situation, you should get this tool. Who doesn’t like surviving? That’s right, no one. You know what to do next. If you get lost in the wilderness and didn’t buy one, we promise the ghost of our website will haunt the back of your mind. Buy Here
