Adam Carolla’s Updated La Canada Flintridge Home Is Listed for $3.4M

Radio and TV icon Adam Carolla’s 3980-square-foot home in La Canada Flintridge has been listed for $3.4 million. Carolla, known for The Adam Carolla Show, The Man Show, and Loveline, owned the Mid-Century Modern home since 2015, when he bought it for $2.5 million. The classic single story home was built in 1963 and features all the unique craftsmanship and charm of the 60s. Carolla preserved the original details, but gave it a more updated, modern feel.

The house has terrazzo and hardwood floors throughout and a brand new kitchen painted in a powder blue. The vaulted-ceiling living room features a beautiful fireplace that brings warmth to the large space and is reminiscent of the 60s style. A wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling triangular window shows off the saltwater swimming pool in the backyard. Stairs leading down the pool replaced the terrace/ deck that was previously there. The yard also boasts a spa, patios, mature trees, and an astroturf lawn. A surround sound system makes the yard perfect for entertaining guests. The spacious master suite has a spa-like master bath and large walk-in closet. The room is soundproof, has special windows, and is insulated. Carolla has owned and sold several properties, including a Lake Hollywood villa, which sold for $4.8 million. Learn More
