We all love copping a fresh pair of exclusive kicks and it’s even better when they’re for a good cause. The Air Jordan 3 Katrina was a special edition designed for a charity auction in 2006 supporting relief efforts from Hurricane Katrina. If you missed out in 2006, you have another chance to cop them. The retro shoes are back, released earlier this month during the 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 3.

The sneaker has a palette of white, cement grey, black and fire red. The white/red combo has been iconic for Air Jordan 3s. The colorway started in 2003 as one of Derek Anderson’s special Player Exclusives. It then became part of a special “Become Legendary” display at the Naismith Hall Of Fame which showcased Air Jordan models in original colorways.

The Katrina features a white premium leather upper, giving it a clean, crisp look. Hits of the fire red on the sock liner, midsole, lace locks and the iconic Jumpman logo on the tongue are eye-catching. Black accents covering the logo on the lace locks and heel are subtle. The signature elephant print graphic on the toe cap and heel give the shoe some extra flair. Sneakerheads, get your wallets ready! The Katrinas retail for $190 and will be available for a limited time. Buy Here
