Bluegrass Soy Sauce is a microbrewed soy sauce aged in bourbon barrels and it’s unlike any soy sauce you’ve ever had before. Due to the nature of the aging, Bluegrass Soy Sauce picks up flavor hints of Kentucky Bourbon. There are hints of oak and a smoky taste profile.
This microbrewed soy sauce is made in Lexington, Kentucky using locally grown non-GMO soybeans. Those Kentucky soybeans are combined with limestone filtered Kentucky spring water, soft red winter wheat, and voilá.
