Now that Chris Paul is a member of the Houston Rockets, it only makes sense that he starts severing ties with LA. His first order fo business is selling his house in Woodland Hills, CA. The house, which was built in 2014, is a 6143-square-feet, Mediterranean estate that sits on a half-acre of land. Paul bought the house in 2014 for $1.775 million, and has it listed it for $2.195 million. If he gets full ask, that isn’t a bad return on a three-year investment.
So what is inside Chris Paul’s house? There are five en-suite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with Viking appliances, a wet bar, and an entire wine room. Not to mention, spacious living and dining rooms as well as a massive walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The outside of the house features a swimming pool, BBQ station, a gas fire pit with full seating, and a tennis court. No basketball court, Chris? Guess he doesn’t like taking work home with him.
All in all, this is a pretty sweet house, but far from the tricked out athlete houses we’ve seen.
