Chris Paul may not be able to dunk on the court, but he just made a highlight-reel dunk on the real estate market. NBA fans are well aware that All-Star point guard Paul was traded to the Houston Rockets this past season from the LA Clippers. So, he didn’t need the Calabasas estate. The sprawling property is like a mini Italian villa right in California. He sold it for $11.05M.
The Mediterranean-style estate was built in 2006. Its lot directly overlooks the canyons and mountains of southern California for a gorgeous view no matter where you are in the home. Inside the 11,000 square-foot property, guests will find beautiful tile work and stunning woodwork. Just inside the door, a sprawling entryway and open stairwell and overlooked by a rustic chandelier. The high ceilings let in plenty of famous So-Cal sun and give the space an open and inviting feel.
Out front, a stone fountain welcomes guests on their way to the front door. Pristine hedges and trees add some natural beauty to the property. If you look carefully, you’ll see a round balcony that looks like something straight out of Game of Thrones.
The home features a screening room, a barbershop, a pizza oven, a spa, a full basketball court and an outdoor fire pit.
Interestingly, Chris Paul has sold quite a few homes in the LA area in the last couple years. He isn’t homeless though thanks to a lavish estate in Texas, much closer to his new team. Learn More
