It’s not easy moving a $10 million house and MLB star Coco Crisp is learning that. His 18,000 sq ft house in Rancho Mirage, CA has been sitting on the market since May. No one is biting.
What could possibly be wrong with this house? You know, aside from it only having 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and a measly 7 car garage. We’re going to find out and I’m going to pick this place apart flaw by fatal flaw.
Let’s checkout the entire property.
Now let’s take a closer look at all the other amenities.
Oh, that’s cool. If you like clear blue pool water and expertly manicured lawns.
More outdoor space for entertainment? Yuck.
A tennis court and a whiffle ball field? Yawn. I need the house to come with a full 9 hole golf course to even be interested in a piece of real estate.
Mirrors on the bed? First thing I like about this dump. I might have even upgraded it to a MUST BUY if they put them on the ceiling. Easy fix.
When I’m working the stove, I don’t want to walk 500 miles just to get to the sink. The kitchen is too big. There I said it.
A movie theater and a sick wine cellar? Show me a house that doesn’t have either of those and I’ll eat my soggy shorts.
In all seriousness, I can’t understand why no one has bought this house. Other than the fact that it’s ridiculously big and not too many people have $10 million to drop on a whim.
