Is the Cornwall Wooden Home a modern twist on a traditional log cabin? Oh boy, I really don’t know. And I certainly don’t want to insult Tom Raffield who designed this grand beauty, but when I look at it I think, “new twist on an old classic!” So if it is not that, my apologies to Tom.
According to Raffield’s site, the Cornwall Wooden Home was built from Tom and his wife Danielle’s dream of being able to live and work amongst the trees. Rafflied runs a woodworking business where he uses steam to bend wood into furniture. He used the same steam-bending process to create parts of this wooden house. It took him two, long years, but as you can clearly see, the finished product is a showstopper.
