Floyd Mayweather has once again lived up to his ‘Money’ nickname. On the heels of his ‘fight of the century’ against Conor McGregor, Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather is spending. His latest extravagant purchase is an opulent Beverly Hills mansion for which he’s paid $25.5 million in all cash. Floyd also forked over an additional $500,000 for furnishings in the home.
It was widely reported that Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather will have earned over $300 million for his fight against Conor McGregor. Floyd has made a career of making blockbuster purchases after his biggest fights. So it stands to reason that Floyd Mayweather would fork over an astronomical amount of money after the biggest payday of his career.
Mayweather has been almost as successful with real estate as he has been in the boxing ring. He has owned a slew of ultra-luxe properties throughout the years. However, none of Floyd’s previous real estate holdings compare to his latest purchase. The Beverly Hills mansion measures over 15,000 square feet. There are 6 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths located throughout the estate.
In the foyer, the floors are made of white marble and the spiral staircase boasts a LED-lit handrail. This mansion has a 20-seat movie theater. There is a mirror-walled gym for Floyd to break a sweat. The garage is only a 4-car garage which might be a problem for Floyd Mayweather’s collection of rare sports cars.
The Beverly Hills mansion listing was handled by Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland. All photographs of Floyd Mayweather’s mansion are courtesy of Hilton & Hyland. You can find additional photographs of this mansion on Variety.
