The mid-level point-and-shoot digital camera market can be a confusing place to traverse. There is a lot of competition among brands like Fujifilm, Canon, Nikon and the like to create a camera that sets itself apart from the competition. Fujifilm may have just done that with the release of the X-E3 Mirrorless digital camera.
Why is the X-E3 so exiting? Other than being Fujifilms first refinement in a long time, the camera features APS-C 24.3 megapixel X-Trans*1 CMOS III sensor and the X-Processor Pro high-speed image processing engine. It is also the first X-Series model to feature Bluetooth 2 low energy wireless communication. Meaning you can pair the camera with your smartphone or tablet device for easy transfer of pictures using minimal battery power.
One of the major changes is the LCD monitor on the back of the camera. It uses a static touchscreen panel which supports the conventional “Touch Shot”, “Touch AF” and “Focus Area Selection” capabilities. And an all-new “Touch Function” feature will be available on the FUJIFILM X-E3, which enables gesture control like flick and pinch zoom, to further enhance touchscreen operation. Lastly, the camera has an updated AF algorithm to enhance the camera’s performance for tracking a moving subject. See more of the Fujifilm X-E3 Mirrorless digital camera below. Buy Here
