Upgrading luxury pickups is nothing new, but the team from Hennessey Performance Engineering delivers power and luxury with every creation. The Hennessey GOLIATH 700 GMC Sierra Denali is their latest behemoth. It was revealed at the NADA Show in Las Vegas in February and is a supercharged GMC Sierra upgrade costing $26,950. The GOLIATH looks absolutely menacing and true to its name. Not only does it look powerful on the outside, but it packs quite the punch inside too.
A half-ton pickup with all-over power
The original Sierra 1500 is a light-duty full-size pickup with a 420-hp 6.2-liter V-8 engine. Hennessey upped the ante by adding a 2.9-liter supercharger to boost it to 700 hp. The engine also has an upgraded camshaft and pushrods to match this extra power. The GOLIATH can reach 0-to-60 in 4.3 seconds. The truck features high-flow air induction and intercooling, a ventilation system for the crankshaft, and different calibration of the engine control. It also has exterior badging, embroidered headrests, and serialized dashboard and engine plaques.
The GOLIATH has optional upgrades for an even more powerful truck. The GOLIATH Off-Road Stage 1 Package adds a six-inch lift, custom 20-inch wheels, 35-inch tires, a custom GOLIATH front bumper with LED lighting, Hennessey and GOLIATH exterior graphics, and more. Additional options include the GOLIATH diamond-stitched interior, GOLIATH Ram air hood, and 15.1-inch front brake rotors from Brembo. There’s also an optional stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, GOLIATH rear bumper, a retractable electric bed cover, and upgraded electronic fold-out steps. The truck has a three-year/ 36,000-mile limited warranty. With the starting cost of the upgrade at $26,950, which doesn’t include the Sierra itself, the additional upgrades may add a pretty penny to your total. The brake upgrade adds a steep $7,950 and the stainless steel exhaust addition will cost you an extra $2,750. Buy Here
