This Modified Land Cruiser Is Ready for Any Adventure

At first glance, this 4×4 looks like a regular 1990 FJ62 Land Cruiser, but it isn’t. This is actually a later model, the 1997 FZJ80 Land Cruiser, with a FJ62 body modified to fit by ICON. They wanted to create a traditional looking Cruiser but with the engineering benefits of the later series. All of the trim, interior, powertrain, electronics, conveniences, suspension, and more were all upgraded. This truck was also outfitted for surf trips, perfect for those wave-seeking souls. Outdoor adventurers can relax on the truck’s roof, which features a tent that pitches in seconds and houses two. A ladder that extends to the ground makes for easy access.

This truck is perfect for all kinds of adventures! Its 3” lift improves ride quality and off-road clearance. Custom built rock sliders act as entry steps as well as side impact guards. The truck has LED waterproof off-road lights and a Warn winch nestle in the ARB bumper. It also has a snorkel for deep water crossing, as well as remote vents fit up high. The truck’s rare cast aluminum wheels are imported from Australia. The interior also features many upgrades, including the front seats upholstered in German vinyl and Chilewich weave. There are also Carbon Fiber seat heaters and a Tuffy Locking center console. The dash is updated with a modern audio-Bluetooth-NAV system. The concept of ICON was created in response to the demands and expectations of classic cars and the desires for modern performance. All custom builds are handmade in Los Angeles. Learn More
