Country star Jason Aldean has recently listed his $7.875M estate in Columbia, Tennessee up for sale. The 120-acre property was purchased back in 2016 for just $5.335M, giving him a nice turnaround on his investment. The Talley Moore estate is a sprawling property that we certainly wouldn’t mind living on.
A mile-long driveway leads up to his 9000-square-foot home, complete with six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. The front of the striking home features a stone-clad exterior along with a castle-like turret and a rustic wooden overhang. Out back, there is 4,500 square feet of outdoor living space, including a pool, travertine pool deck, full outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and more.
Inside, the country rustic style is one to love. Guests first encounter the custom fish tank designed on the popular TV show “Tanked”. Handcrafted oak floors, distressed wooden cabinets, and a beautiful spiral staircase are just a few of the luxurious features. Aldean’s trophy room features his guitars and football memorabilia. The home also features some cool additions. For example, the custom bowling alley and a 10,000-square-foot horse facility.
The home also features stunning views of the woods and natural features of Tennessee. If you’re into helicopters, there’s even room to build your own helipad out back.
Aldean won’t be homeless though. He also owns a 1436-acre property, Black Jack Ridge, in Centerville, Tennessee. On behalf of everyone, we thank Mr. Aldean for sharing this incredible property with the rest of us. Learn More
