NBA guard Jordan Clarkson is on quite the run lately. After making it to his first NBA Finals with the Cleveland Cavaliers, the 26-year-old, fourth year player bought a home in the Woodland Hills town of California. Perhaps he draws inspiration from teammate Lebron James who recently purchased a $23M dollar estate in Brentwood.
The five-bed, seven-bath home cost Clarkson $3.2M. Not too bad for a lovely property in the sun-soaked region of California. It measures in at 5800 square-feet, all of which rest behind modern-looking gates. The Cape Cod style home is unique and exquisite to say the least.
A circular driveway leads into the well-lit home. A formal living room and dining room are only separated from the gorgeous backyard by a glass sliding door. In the back, there is a large saltwater pool and spa, which is accompanied by a barbecue center and fire pit. A cabana nearby has a shower and bathroom of its own, perfect for hosting parties.
Inside, a chef’s kitchen is complete with custom cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. A high-tech home theater, wine closet, and guest suite finish out the first floor. Upstairs, each bedroom is complete with its own bathroom. The grand master suite features stunning crown molding, hardwood floors, and a balcony that overlooks the backyard. It also has a fireplace (how awesome is that?). The bathroom has porcelain floors, a marble shower, and a double-wide vanity/dressing area.
Congrats on the new digs, Jordan. Maybe we can swing by someday? Learn More
