Mercedes-Benz knows how to make a statement, and they just that when they unveiled the X-Class Concept Pickup Truck that has the entire world foaming at the most for this amazing truck to become a reality. This isn’t just a concept vehicle, the Mercedes-Benz X-Class Truck is going to hit the market and there are already details being floated around as to what this truck might entail.
The one-ton X-Class will seat five passengers and is loosely based upon Nissan’s NP300 Navara. It will feature all-wheel drive, a six-cylinder diesel engine with high torque, and while Mercedes-Benz is releasing the X-Class truck upon the world towards the end of 2017 they didn’t mention the United States as one of the regions where this truck will be launched. Unless Mercedes-Benz changes their plans for the X-Class truck you’ll have to travel to Australia, Europe, South Africa, or Latin America to get your hands on one of them (or shell out $$$$$ to have one imported). Three of those markets will see the Mercedes-Benz X-Class truck rolled out in 2017 but Latin America, specifically Argentina, will have to wait until the start of 2018 before this truck hits the roads.
