Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch no longer looks like an amusement park. Gone are the days of the ferris wheel and other amusement park rides. The property, which Jackson purchased for 19.5 million in 1987, now looks like a sprawling 50 acres that anyone who isn’t a man child would love to own. Another change is that the massive estate no longer goes by the name Neverland. Instead, it is now called Sycamore Valley Ranch.
The property, which is for sale for $67 million, is located in the town of Los Olivos, CA. After the renovation, there is a a 12,598-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion, two guesthouses, and various additional structures (like a barn and tennis courts) are included on the 50 acre estate. As you will see, the property is a tremendous departure from when it was owned by the King of Pop. And that is a good thing.
