We have great news, friends! Not only can you look around Scott Disick’s house, but you can live in it, too! That’s right, Lord Disick is renting out his $8.8 million house located in Hidden Hills, CA. To rent this pad, all you need is $60,000 per month. That is an astonishing $720,000 per year in rent. YIKES.
Disick purchased the home for $5.96 million in 2016 and has been trying (albeit unsuccessfully) to flip it for $8.8 million. I’m no math whiz, but it seems like Disick is looking to make almost $3 million in profit for owning the home for only 6 months. A brazen move from a very brazen man.
The house is a fine piece of real estate, but is it worth the $60,000 per month price tag? According to Trulia, here are the main features of the property.
The Cape Cod–style home, which was built in 1968, measures 8,110 square feet. Recently expanded and remodeled, the property offers bright and sunny views while maintaining extreme privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With an open floor plan, the home features a new chef’s kitchen opening out to a large family room. There are also living and formal dining rooms that open to each other, as well as a second family room in the downstairs children’s wing. A loft in the upstairs children’s wing provides extra space for a growing family.
In the main living area, there are six bedrooms, including the master suite that has its own balcony, new bath, and big dual closets. A separate guest suite, perfect for a nanny or housekeeper, has its own entrance. The expansive grounds include a large pool, spa, lawn, patios, fire pit, and basketball area.
As you will see below, this house is incredible, but we would have to imagine that no matter how rich you are, you don’t want to pay $3,000,000 more than what the house sold for six months earlier. Then again, we’re not millionaires so what the hell do we know?
