Whiskey is enjoyed by both genders, but when you think of a manly drink, you think whiskey. And Tincup Whiskey was made by one hell of a manly man. That man is Jess Graber and he began distilling over 40 years ago after he was gifted a 10-gallon still. The manliness doesn’t stop there, Graber also rode rodeo (!!!), ran a construction company, and volunteered as a firefighter before he created Tincup. This guy’s life makes me feel like a less of a man. I love him already.
So what about the Whiskey itself? What sets Tincup Whiskey apart?
It’s cut with Rocky Mountain water, that’s what. According to Tincup…
The Whiskey is a blend of two great American whiskeys, each aged in #3 charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water.
As a bonus, this Tincup comes with an actual tin cup to drink your Whiskey out of, just like the Colorado pioneers did.
