This Week-Long Experience in Italy Is Every Supercar Lover’s Dream

Italy’s got it all. Whether you’re marveling at the historic site of epic gladiator fights in the Colosseum, doing that pose with the Leaning Tower of Pisa, relaxing in a gondola on the busy Grand Canal, or throwing coins over your shoulder at Trevi Fountain, there are so many things to enjoy in Italy. As Maximus would put it, “Are you not entertained?” It’s hard to be bored here. You can’t resist the country’s beauty, history, and rich culture. But there’s more to Itay than amazing landmarks, pizza, and gelato. Anyone who knows cars knows that Italy produces some of the finest performance cars in the world, like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati. It’s every car lover’s dream to explore the birthplace of iconic speedsters like these. The Motorsport Lab has a trip of a lifetime to do just that. You just have to fork over $3,000/person.

A little bit of background

What do I see?

The week-long trip starts when you leave for Bologna. You’ll spend the next two nights in Bologna, with a guided tour on Sunday. Next, the trip brings you to Modena, where Ferrari was founded 79 years ago. You’ll visit the Enzo Ferrari Museum on Day 3. The museum is two separate buildings: a former house and workshop that belonged to Enzo Ferrari’s father, and a new building that houses some of the most noteworthy Ferraris, including rare cars from the 1950s, Formula One race cars, and more recent sports cars.

Next, you’ll travel to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. You’ll have the chance to sit in a semi-professional Formula 1 simulator and get a taste of the grands prix. You’ll dive deep into the history of Ferrari and even get a peek at what’s in the forecast for the luxury car brand. On Day 5, you’ll visit the Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata. The two-story museum covers all major milestones of Lamborghini’s 55-year history, including a family tree showing all the models ever produced. The current gallery contains supercar legends like the 350 GT and the Sesto Elemento. They also show one-off and concept cars such as the Veneno and the Miura. The Pagani Museum in San Cesario Sul Panaro on Day 6 will be the last leg of the tour before you travel back to Bologna. Buy Here
